What does my donation pay for?
Your donation covers approximately 100% of the giving expenses of the Foundation. All of our funds must be raised from the Annual Fund, endowment returns, and other external sources of revenue.

Why does FLAG need support from donors?
We ask for financial support because it is difficult for families to find excess funds to send their children on an educational travel program. As a small, nonprofit organization, FLAG relies almost entirely on the generosity of the educational and business community – parents, trustees, alumni, and friends.

What's the point of giving if I can only contribute $5 or $10?
Even a nominal gift makes a statement that you support this program and the students who participate. Every person who gives, no matter what the amount, is crucial in helping us reach our goal.

Are donations to the FLAG Foundation tax-deductible?
Donations to FLAG Foundation may be tax-deductible. Contact your tax advisor to determine if your particular donation qualifies as a tax deduction.
